103 Days Remaining – 6B46 With the CRAZIES

Another beautiful morning to run. Temperature was in the 50’s with little wind. It was perfect running weather because it did not take long to warm up, but was not too hot where you wear out fast. Brian was dressed for a snowball fight behind his snow fort and the rest were ready to tackle the streets.

We had another good and powerful group this morning Jen, Jane, Chad, Jay, Curt S, Brian, Ben, Emily, Katie, and myself all headed out. I put together a different route this morning before I left for something different. I was not sure how it was going to turn out, but overall I don’t think it was too bad of a course. I couple little hills here and there, but we ran on some roads that were not busy so we could spread out which was nice.

I felt tired this morning. My legs felt tired. This weekend caught up to me. However, when I ran I slowly started to feel better and fresh again. It is nice feeling the body respond to the training. I am trying to do a lot in both my training and the rest of my life. I don’t feel like there is ever much downtime, but I love what I am doing. It is also getting to the end of another school year so that is always an energy drainer as you try to get all the last minute things done.

Enough of the rambling, here are the splits for today.

Here is the course

Big training coming up in the next 24 hours. Ride tonight, Yasso 800’s at 4:30 am and swimming at 5 am. Giddy up boys and girls it is time to begin another episode of GETTING IT DONE!
