Remember that success is somebody’s definition. As an educator make sure you have a sense of purpose that drives you and what you do.
As long as you believe with your heart, soul, and mind that what you are teaching is making an impact, then I firmly believe that you keep doing what you are doing. Your job is not to impress everyone. That is impossible. Your job is to lead the way with challenging ourselves as lifelong learners and infusing that passion into the lives of students every single day!
