Training – Running, Losing Focus, Trying to find the path back to SUCCESS

I have lost it.

I am putting on weight(not muscle)

I am not running like I should

I only ran 15 miles last week.

This is my third weekend of no running or any long runs for that matter.

I have been eating like a slob.

What is my deal? I don’t  know. I have to figure it out fast. If I want to run in any of these races coming up rather quickly, then I need to get off this path of laziness and sloppiness.

Today might have been a start.

I did not run. Today I did knock out the following workout
Kurtis Morgan’s Filthy Fifty


For time:
50 Box Jumps
50 Jumping Pullups
50 Kettle-bell Swings, 35lb
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press, 45lb
50 Back Extentions
50 Wallballs
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

With the exception of the burpees and the double unders I accomplished all of this. The burpees I was cashed out after 25 and the double unders I need some more practice.

Hopefully this is the jumpstart I need.

Time to lose the weight I have gained back. Get my mind right. Get my body right. 

Time to do this people.
