Over in the sidebar I have added something new…..and special. It is my very own Wallwisher. Say what? Yes, this is a website application I discovered lately that I love. I really want to explore this more in my own classroom, but in the meantime I felt this urge to incorporate it into my blog.
So what is it?
Essentially, this is a place for you to post sticky notes. I would like for the goal or purpose of your posts to be either
- Things you have learned from school or other places
- Books to check out and read
- Quotes
- Interesting Facts
- Etc.
I have it set up where I do have to approve your sticky note before it is shown. I will check daily along with all my other website routines. I think this is going to be lots of fun as my fellow followers post sticky notes. I have tried Twitter, but realized that many students don’t have a Twitter account or don’t know much about Twitter. I think this will be much easier and more enjoyable.
So…….go ahead and post a note. Let the fun begin!
