13 Days Remaining – Swim Workout

I slept terrible last night. This morning it was tough to get up and workout. I made my way to the Y around 6:10 and finally got in the pool around 6:25.

The pool was loaded today. It must have been senior citizen day.

Warm-Up

200 Free @ 3:19(picked up the pace)

Main Set
1200 Paddles at aerobic pace @ 21:34
100 Kick @ 1:51(recovery swim)

Now I just need to figure out how to get the other workouts in considering the heat index is going to be 100 – 110 degrees the next couple days. Waking up extra early is going to be the answer.

Next up is eating clean to drop a few pounds for race day.
