25 Days of Making
2019 Edition
A Friday the 13th close to a holiday break? Yikes!
Except for 25 Days of Making as we have a project that brings pure delight! This project will help you decide what activity to do. This is such a great project because not only does it teach some coding and physical computing, but it also forces us to come with some activities to do when we are bored or stuck indoors. I want to do this with my own children making a list of non-screen/non tech activities.
This project from Samantha Dahlby is so good, practical, and useful. We could easily use this in the classroom. Let’s think about all the ways we could use this project in our life.
Learn more about the Samantha on our maker page. Samantha is one of the most insightful and important people in our state for computer science. She is one to have in your network to know of all things computer science and I am not sure I have met anyone who is more helpful than her and willing to help no matter how busy she is.
Join our FB Group dedicated to this project to ask questions, share ideas, and connect with other makers.
Finally, I would love to hear from you. What projects excite you? What are you learning so far? Don’t be shy, let us know your thoughts, ideas, and inspiration.
