#25daysofmaking Livestream Roundtable #1 Recording and Resources

OMG! What a incredible hour of hearing from some of the best makers, educators, advocators, and genuinely wonderful people in our livestream last night. For those that don’t know what I am speaking of, then check out the announcement post from a few days back where we shared one heck of a lineup of marvelous people, some questions, and a space to connect with these people.

Last night we made it happen. My first time hosting a livestream. My first time using StreamYard(super easy and wonderful to use).

AND IT WAS AWESOME!

I often talk with my wife how I need conferences to keep my spirits up, my motivation high, and to find my people who energize me to keep grinding in the world of education. COVID has stopped those moments from happening…… until last night. I walked away from my desk feeling energized like I have not felt in a long time. Kudos to these participants who gave up yet another hour of their time to stare at a screen for the benefit of all of us!

Check out this session. There are so many incredible ideas shared, resources to explore, and more importantly 6 people who need to be in your community.

As you watch if you are inspired, have a resource, have an idea, or anything at all, then please reach out as we continue to build our community and ideas. As you will see in the chat some new ideas were being constructed as a result of sharing space together even if virtual.

And finally, we shared lots of resources which can be found here in the Wakelet. I will continue to add to this Wakelet as other share ideas and connect via the social media channels. Leave a comment on whatever platform you perform. I am curious where people go to learn! This is a new world to me on many levels.

Remember, all of the profiles, social media connections, and more can be found here

And more importantly start making some projects from our 25 Days of Making and share your creations!
