I believe in sharing. It is the reason I have this website, send out tweets, and make YouTube videos. I believe that more teachers need to share. We need to share our learning, our failures, things we are working on, things we just completed, and more.
I need to stand by my ideas. I have created an online event where I am asking for educators to share something they are working on. This idea originated from #ITEC14 where I told my sessions that I wanted to hear back from them on what they applied from the conference.
This is open to any educator anywhere in the world.
So, here are the nuts and bolts
1. We will use Google Hangouts and stream this live on YouTube
2. Each educator will have a maximum of 5 minutes to share. You don’t need to use all five minutes if you don’t need it, but no more than 5 so everyone can share.
3. You can share anything you wish as long as it can be related and connected to education.
Pretty simple! If you are interested in sharing, then please fill out the form. I am hoping for 8 people to sign up. This makes the session run about 45 minutes. I hope continue this and run a session once a month.
The most important piece of information is that this will take place Sunday, November 16th at 7 pm CST.
So…… what are you waiting for? Fill out the form. If you are not ready to share, then I hope you at least tune in and learn from what others are doing.
