LEGO Ornament Challenge – Day 13 Submissions and Snow Scene Challenge

We are crushing the builds! We have a new record of submissions. I just love all the creative builds coming in this week. We are having such a powerful week of building, making, and sharing. I hope your confidence is booming along with the submissions.

If you have not yet checked out the Flipgrid videos from students, then be sure to check them out. The builds, the explanations, and thought behind the builds are wonderful. I know I keep sharing, but some of the visuals are blurry, but when you go to Flipgrid you can see them better AND the explanations are incredible. Kids are reminding us that imagination is incredible.

The build challenge for today is to make a snow scene.

We are pushing towards 150 people signed up for the challenge which is great! I love the interest in the challenges this year.

Just a reminder that if you are new to all of this to start here on the home page, then learn about the Build To Give Campaign, and read through the FAQ which will answer most of your questions.

Here is a question we are answering over on the FB Group. I am sharing again as we have had some great ideas posted already, but wanted to ask one more day before I compile solutions:

What is the best way to attach the ornament hook/string so that the ornaments can hang from the tree?

Post a picture of your technique

Now for our results from yesterday.

We had 87 new builds submitted yesterday.

We now have 312 submissions to date.

Here are the latest submissions
