LEGO WeDo 2.0 Amusement Park Mechanism Brainstorm

Hello all my wonderful friends.

I am working with some phenomenal educators who are currently underway preparing to teach a powerful 6 week summer school project to help students who need help in their skillsets while also discovering a love of learning and play.

The goal of the project(I will share the project soon) is culminating in a classwide amusement park design and build using LEGO WeDo 2.0 kits and other LEGO pieces.

As we work to empower the educators(many have never used WeDo 2.0 or have built with LEGO in a long time) to build confidence in themselves as educators to turn around and empower students in the classroom we need your help.

I am calling on the genius of all my friends to help us begin the brainstorm phase of mechanisms found in amusement parks.

As we prepare for our summer school program the teachers have to prepare for their own exhibition of learning. Yes, we are having the teachers do the work:

Please take some time to help our friends build confidence and gain some ideas. Feel free to use your students to come up with ideas. Talk with family and friends. Heck, feel free to do the project along with us!
