I am reading the massive novel Shantaram right now(1000 pages) and I am just in the beginning, but the a question was being discussed in the novel that I thought warranted an opportunity for me to stop and ask it here on the blog to see what you think.

I am off to enjoy my Spring Break and when I return be ready for some major book reviews, project, videos, and book giveaways.
Oy. It’s definitely not money, seeing as how we survived a LONG time without that. Power isn’t it either… though a lot of people would argue otherwise. Love is such a huge topic that everyone loves to use and abuse… I can’t see how it can be the best thing in the world…
Maybe it’s information. You know, how would we know how an earthquake would happen without information? Or how to cure a disease? Or how to do anything? But I think everyone takes it for granted, therefore it can’t be the best thing in the world…
For me, I would say the arts. If it weren’t for the movie Aladdin, I wouldn’t be here right now. 🙂 If it weren’t for Rachel Diggs and Green Day, I wouldn’t be here now either. If it weren’t for writing, I would probably go nuts. But, I can see how most people would choose something else, but seeing as how I can’t please everyone and how I don’t give a crap anyway, I say music. Music is the best thing in the world.
