What to do when you forget your GU?

Sometimes I oversleep

Sometimes I forget to set my alarm

Sometimes I need a little energy boost before my 5 am workouts

Sometimes I don’t have the stomach for GU in the morning

Sometimes I need something fast and quick that won’t kill my gut

Sometimes I just snarf down a package of fruit snacks.

Not perfect science, but they do the trick when in a pinch
