During week 2 of our Purposeful Play with LEGO online course we had a wonderful new challenge emerge. During the podcast episode with LEGO Master Educator, Alisha Bridges, she referenced how her students were making candy dispensers. In that moment I decided to make that a challenge for the group.

This is a fun and amazing complex challenge. It is one for critical thinking skills to be developed. We had several people step up and attempt to create some candy machines and they turned out so good. The video below is a collection of images and video to inspire you to design your own. I just love the imagination and creativity that emerges when we provide a quality prompt, quality materials, and then get out of the way.
