Think about this for a minute
It is important to be very focused while working. For every minute you waste is time you are not with your family. That is very high price to pay for being unproductive. At some point we have to get the work done.
How often have we been distracted by email?
Or distracted by colleagues who stop in and talk about the latest in the gossip cycle or to complain about something they have no control over?
Or you distract yourself with Facebook, online games, Pinterest, or whatever your vice might be.
Your present to your friends and family is to be present. Think about it.
